Long-life technology for concrete structures "Ever Protect"

【NETIS Registered Product!】A simple application protective material that achieves extended lifespan and increased durability of concrete at about one-third the price of paint.

Ever Protect (silicate-based surface impregnation method) is a silicate-based concrete protective material developed for the prevention of deterioration, maintenance, and repair, aimed at extending the lifespan and improving the durability of concrete structures (such as bridges, elevated highways, and buildings). It is a simple, pollution-free, and highly safe construction method. If there are voids in the concrete, it allows water, which is a cause of deterioration, to penetrate. By applying Ever Protect's protective material to the surface of the concrete, a membrane is formed that prevents water molecules from passing through, thus stopping water infiltration! 【Features】 ■ NETIS - Certified product by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism! → Holds the number KT-080005-V, ensuring exceptional reliability. ■ Extends the lifespan of concrete! → Demonstrates further longevity effects not only in the initial stage but also when reapplied. ■ Easy to apply! → Less affected by weather conditions, allowing for quick application without the need for large temporary facilities.

ARUR Method: A Long-Life Technology for Asbestos-Containing Slate Roofs

Maintenance-free for 30 years, enabling the long lifespan of factories! This construction method has excellent cost performance and features waterproofing and heat insulation functions.

The "ARUR (Asbestos Roof Urea Renewal) method" is a system that achieves long lifespan and maintenance-free protection for asbestos-containing slate roofs over a period of 30 years. To achieve this, we used advanced one-component reaction-curing urea resin paint. By applying the one-component reaction-curing urea resin paint as a topcoat, a coating with an expected lifespan of 30 years is formed. Additionally, it is an environmentally considerate system that prevents the release of asbestos into the external environment during the process. 【Features】 ■ It becomes maintenance-free for 30 years, allowing for the long lifespan of the factory. ■ A cost-effective method that possesses waterproofing and heat insulation functions. ■ Environmentally considerate asbestos treatment prevents issues with neighboring residents. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Concrete Structure Long-Life Method "SK-System"

A method for extending the lifespan of concrete structures, preventing aging, and addressing salt damage using two types of impregnation materials!

We would like to introduce the 'SK-System', a method for extending the lifespan of concrete structures, preventing deterioration, and addressing salt damage, conducted by Kobori Sangyo. This method utilizes two types of concrete surface impregnation materials with different functions, maximizing their respective functional characteristics to protect the surface of the concrete and suppress the progression of structural deterioration, thereby extending its lifespan. There is minimal change in appearance after application, and the texture of the material is maintained over the long term. 【Features】 ■ Extension of the lifespan of concrete structures ■ Suppression of rebar corrosion ■ Minimal change in appearance after application, with long-term retention of material texture ■ Suppression of deterioration progression in concrete structures, surface protection, improvement of durability, and preventive maintenance (suppression of the intrusion of deterioration factors) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Super Hozen Method for Long-Life Road Bridges

A method for extending the lifespan of road bridges by securely integrating existing deck slabs with thickening materials.

The "Super Hozen Method" is one of the techniques for extending the lifespan of bridge deck slabs. It involves securely fastening mesh reinforcement to the underside of existing concrete slabs using tapered T-type anchors without restricting vehicle traffic. This method alleviates vibrations and impacts on the deck slab, and after applying a thick layer of polymer cement mortar, low-pressure epoxy resin injection is performed to completely integrate with the existing slab. By placing anchors in a manner that spreads from the center of the steel reinforcement, tension is introduced throughout, creating a relatively stable state. This allows for the distribution of stress in the existing slab, thereby reducing the amount of deformation. Additionally, the ultra-low viscosity epoxy resin injected at low pressure travels through the back of the steel reinforcement or along the introduction path to fill fine voids and cracks, resulting in a denser reinforcement cross-section that ensures complete integration with the existing slab at "full cross-section." *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*
